Fill out our online application or contact us for a customised quote for your acceptance.
Compile all requirements, and together with assistance from our technical team, we will conduct an opening meeting at the building site to fully prepare.
Together with your team, we conduct the on-site audit to inspect and verify all requirements, and advise on any outstanding matters.
The report and recommended energy performance level is reviewed and authorised by our Technical Signatory. The EPC is issued once SANEDI reviews data and provides a Unique Number.

Energy Performance Certificates: Deadline is approaching fast
Owners of buildings in South Africa have less than a year left to obtain and prominently display an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in the foyer of their building or risk a fine of R5 million, five years imprisonment or both, as defined in the regulations gazetted on 8 December 2020 and apply until 7 December 2022.
